How do purchases and credits work?
PERDIFY sells consumable credit packs through Apple StoreKit. The current credit packs grant 15, 35, or 80 credits, with prices shown in the app by Apple. Credits are spent when you open a case: current text games cost 1 credit for Quick Cases or 4 credits for Full Cases, and current voice games cost 8 credits for Quick Cases or 15 credits for Full Cases. Payments are processed by Apple, and credits may be adjusted if Apple refunds, cancels, reverses, or revokes a transaction.
How do I restore purchases?
Use the restore purchases option inside the PERDIFY app. PERDIFY asks Apple StoreKit and our backend to check prior credit-pack transactions for your current PERDIFY account and grant eligible missing credits. Credits that were already delivered are not double-granted, and refunded, revoked, unsupported, or unrelated-account transactions may be excluded. If a purchase does not restore, contact support with the Apple account used for the purchase, the approximate purchase date, and any visible transaction details that Apple provides.
Does PERDIFY store voice recordings?
When you use voice interrogation, audio is streamed to our backend only while the voice feature is active so we can create speech transcripts and AI character replies. PERDIFY stores the resulting transcript and conversation messages as part of gameplay history. We do not intentionally persist raw microphone recordings in our own application database.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from inside the PERDIFY app where that feature is available. Account deletion removes your account and gameplay data tied to the account from the active app database. If you cannot access the in-app deletion flow, contact support@perdify.com or use the Support page and choose Account deletion or privacy request.

How do I report unsafe AI behavior or abuse?
Use the Support page and choose Safety or abuse report, or email support@perdify.com. Include what happened, the approximate time, the scenario or character involved if known, and any details that help us investigate.
What happens if someone misuses the AI character system?
PERDIFY is intended for mature fictional mystery gameplay. We may remove content, limit features, adjust credits or entitlements, suspend accounts, or close accounts if we reasonably believe a user violated our Terms, created safety risk, abused purchases or credits, or misused the AI character system.
